Thank you for your interest in the Cancer Alliance of Texas (CAT).  We ask that all members and partners commit to the following mission statement:

CAT engages organizations, agencies, institutions and individuals
to work collaboratively to reduce the impact of cancer
in Texas and promote the Texas Cancer Plan.

View the CAT Membership Application.  After you have completed your application, email it to Lynda Taylor at lynda.taylor@dshs.state.tx.us and she will forward your completed application to the CAT Executive Committee for review.
